Pregnant Jamie Otis shares 'relief' at negative COVID-19 test

Jamie Otis, who is 38 weeks pregnant with her second child, revealed Sunday she has tested negative for COVID-19.

The Married At First Sight star was advised by her doctors to get tested and did so last week at a drive-thru facility in New Jersey.

Over the weekend the 33-year-old said on Instagram: 'Almost fully loaded  AND MY CORONA VIRUS TEST RESULTS ARE BACK! I'm COVID-19 NEGATIVE! AHH, such a RELIEF! Thanks again for all your love and support!'

The news accompanied an album showing her nine months pregnant with her new baby, then with her two-year-old daughter Henley by her husband Doug Hehner.

Last week she wept openly in an Instagram video she filmed while sitting in the parking lot of the facility where she got her COVID-19 test.

She was worried that if she did have the illness she would have to be quarantined away from her newborn as her doctor advised.

Jamie was 'genuinely so nervous' about the result of the test which was administered via a nasal swab that 'hurt really bad going up.'

She told her over 600,000 followers: 'Then I was like, good God, if I can't handle a swab going up my nose how am I going to handle an unmedicated childbirth?'

'I'm so annoyed with myself for being such a wimp about this,' she said, calling herself 'silly' for 온라인바카라 becoming so emotional.

She shared in a caption: 'Honestly, I'm an RN and should be out there helping too but instead I'm safe inside. Which I justify with being pregnant but there are *so many* pregnant women going into the battle zone daily! They're the real heroes!!!!⁣'

Late last month after travel advisories were issued amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, Jamie and her family continued to holiday in Florida.

The reality TV star came under fire on social media for her decision and issued an apology to her public on Instagram.

'I want to send out a sincere apology to YOU bc by me going out to "live as normal as possible" I was risking YOU and YOUR FAMILY.'
